Dispute Resolution has long been one of our core competencies at Babalakin & Co. Our guiding philosophy is the cost effective management and resolution of disputes. We enjoy a very high success rate in intricate and complex commercial disputes and in securing pre-emptive commercial court orders designed to prevent dissipation of assets in deserving cases.

We have an experienced, resourceful and well trained team of lawyers which includes four Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SAN), who are constantly before Nigeria's superior courts of record such as the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, Federal and State High Courts, National Industrial Court and Tribunals including Tax, Securities and Election Tribunals as well as International and domestic commercial and investment Tribunals.

We also have a Fellow and several members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK as part of our team. Our firm has been retained as Counsel and some of our lawyers as Arbitrators in several high value commercial disputes.
