Conglomerate, securing the listing and trading dematerialized gold certificates on the Lagos Commodities and
Futures Exchange.
Team member of a group of Counsel advising Duchess Hospital Limited; providing legal services to the
hospital regarding multiple agreements entered into with Health Management Organizations, Lease agreements
and loan facilities.
Team member of a group of Counsel and secretariat hub for 19 different actions and cross-actions pending
before different courts and judges in respect of a dispute involving the appointment of a Receiver over the
assets of an indigenous oil and gas company including its oil refinery and data center worth over $250m.
Deputy team lead of the legal team that provided legal advisory services and currently managing capital raise
of USD$10M for an agro-industrial company in respect of its expansion projects in 3 Nigerian states.
Designed a process that radically reduced the time for perfecting title to land in Lagos State and same was
adopted by the Lagos State Government following the success of the pilot scheme.
Team member of a group of Counsel that successfully defended an International Oil Company’s interest at the
Federal High Court and set aside a USD$170M arbitral award.
Presented a paper titled “Medical Negligence and Corporate Liability” to the Duchess Hospital Limited, which
