Advised on the framework for the Nigerian Content Funds.
Post-arbitration litigation challenging an award rendered in London involving a state-owned oil company and several IOCs in respect of a unitized field in Nigeria.
Reviewed and negotiated Production Sharing Agreements (PSC), Joint Operating Agreements (JOA), Service Agreements, and Collective Bargaining Agreements for an International Oil Company.
Negotiated amicable settlement of disputes that arose with the administration of the client’s contracts and ensuring cost-effective resolutions acceptable to all parties.
Created compliance standards for the monitoring and application of all internal policies/procedures, contractual obligations. And laws/regulations affecting all aspects of a client’s business in Nigeria.
Drafting joint venture agreement for NNPC’s subsidiary in respect of its real estate project development valued at over a hundred billion Naira and dealing with compliance requirements.
