• Advised the lender as part of the deal team on a cross-border transaction involving the issuance of a secured US$50 million lending facility.

• Advised a Nigerian state government, as part of the legal team, in securing $250 million in DFI-backed infrastructure financing to support critical development projects.
• Provided transaction advisory support as part of the deal team for the acquisition of a minority stake in an offshore entity with a Nigerian subsidiary.
• Advised a diverse portfolio of founders and entrepreneurs, delivering legal support and facilitating the expansion of their businesses into new markets.
• Negotiated, drafted, and reviewed a broad range of commercial agreements, including partnership and collaboration agreements, service and service‑level agreements, asset purchase agreements, consultancy agreements, founders’ agreements, separation agreements, employment agreements, and carried interest agreements.
• Conducted due diligence reviews that supported investments exceeding US$20 million in portfolio companies.
• Provided legal support across a wide range of transactions, including pre‑ and post‑Series A fundraises-debt, equity, and hybrid financing rounds.
