Babalakin & Co. was established in July 1988 and has become one of the leading commercial law firms in Nigeria. With 50 lawyers working from offices in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt, we are readily accessible to most corporate institutions, clients, government regulatory bodies and courtrooms generally.

Even though it is not a requirement in our jurisdiction, our firm has put in place a comprehensive professional indemnity insurance policy to indemnify clients against any liability that may arise from the conduct of our professional responsibilities, a measure of the confidence we have in the quality of our services.
